Policies

  • Please be considerate of other guests and our business by providing at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee, as they impact our ability to serve other clients.

  • Bookings are made online only. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Cash payments accepted at time of services rendered.

  • If minors under the age of 18 are receiving spa services they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Cards do not expire and can be redeemed for any services or products offered by Spa Nirvana. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. To check your card balance, visit this link or inquire in-store.
